Estimated Delivery Time

Processing Time
We process your order either the same day you place it or the next day based on the time it was ordered. Our warehouses process and prepare your order as quickly as possible, and we have factored in their processing time into our "Usually Ships by" estimates, which is displayed next to the product name.

Most of our products ship very quickly, but some take longer to fulfill than others. In particular, products with high levels of customization and those that are custom made require the longest processing times -- these items are being assembled specifically for your order.

Transit Time
Once an item ships, transit times to you vary by shipping method. These include:

Shipping Method Transit Time
Small Parcel (Standard shipping to your door via UPS and Fedex) 1 to 5 days
Standard Curbside (Curbside Delivery via Commercial Carrier) 7 to 10 days
Deluxe Inside Delivery (two-person, inside delivery) 1 to 3 weeks
Deluxe Inside Delivery & Setup (two-person, inside delivery to room of your choice) 1 to 3 weeks

Appointments
Standard Curbside and Deluxe Inside Deliveries include delivery appointments. The carrier will call in advance of delivery to schedule a 4 hour delivery window. Once you have committed to that window it is important that the appointment is kept to avoid further delivery charges.

Payment Verification
In some cases, we need to verify payment information with you before we can process your order. When this happens, we will contact you by email and by phone in order to minimize delay.

Payment by Check or Money Order
Add an additional 7 business days to these estimates to allow for processing of payments by check or money order.

Unexpected Delays
Sometimes out of stock products are inadvertently offered for purchase, and when this happens, we will notify you immediately of this unforeseen delay, and ask you how you want to proceed. If you wish, we would be happy to help you pick out an alternate item.

Where We Deliver
We deliver to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or the Virgin Islands at this time. We are currently unable to deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses. If you require overseas shipping please use your freight forwarders address as the ship to address.

Delivery to Remote Areas
Customers living in remote areas may experience longer transit times due to restricted frequency of deliveries to those locations. Some remote areas are only serviced on particular days. If you believe you are in a remote area, please contact us before ordering to ensure your satisfaction with the available delivery options.

Delivery by December 24th
This holiday season, we have added staff and are working closely with our suppliers to make sure that items marked "Delivery by Dec. 24" arrive on time to you. In the rare, unexpected case of your order not arriving by December 24th, you may (1) keep the product and we will offer you a refund of 15% of the item's price or (2) refuse delivery or (3) send it back and we will provide a full refund and arrange for return shipping.

Terms & Conditions on Dec 24 Delivery:
This offer applies to items marked Delivery by Dec. 24 at the time of purchase (as we get closer to December 24 items will be individually removed from this delivery date offer) and applies to the date of first attempt of item delivery.

    Please note that the following are excluded from this offer (even if marked as Deliverable by Dec 24):
  • Failed delivery attempts, such as if the package arrives before December 24th and is refused, or if no one was able to provide a signature at the time if needed to complete delivery.
  • Most personalized or customized products (call for exceptions).
  • Items that may have specific options or associated accessories that will delay shipment of that particular product.
  • Items in a set that may not be marked for December 24 delivery.
  • Cancelled orders.
  • Orders made by check, money order, or purchase order.
  • Orders "Pending Validation" (where we have tried to contact you to confirm order details, but have not been able to do so)
  • Orders sent outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
  • White glove shipments to extremely remote areas (call if you have questions).
  • Items delivered via white glove where shipping was upgraded by the customer.
